Church (Sunday) School 

Church School for children ages 3 - high school is held from 10:00 am - 10:50 am, most Sundays in September through May.  Nursery care is provided from 8:45 am - 12:15 pm.

Adult Forum

Adult Forum meets during Church School in the parish hall where the lectionary is often used as a jumping-off point for interesting discussion.

Vacation Bible School (VBS) 

Vacation Bible School (VBS) is held each year in the summer and is a highlight for St. John's.  VBS is well-publicized ahead of time, and volunteers are always needed. 

Episcopal Youth Community (EYC)

The Episcopal Youth Community (EYC) is a vibrant community made up of youth in grades 6 through 12.  EYC is a chance to  meet for fellowship and stewardship for the church and the community.  The goal of St. John's EYC is to welcome everyone, reach out to those in need, build friendships, have fun, and grow together as a community, and develp our life with Christ in a fun and hearty atmosphere.  The youth of the EYC coordinate Bingo games at the Lucy Corr Nursing Home in Chesterfield, VA and participate in Happening Retreats and other activities offered by the Diocese.  The EYC traditionallyparticipates in a summer mission trip.
