Jan Brown will preach and lead Adult Forum on Sunday, February 14.  As a vocation and profession, she ministers to those who wrestle with addicions.

Sunday Afternoon Adult Formation: Centering Prayer:  The Centering Prayer group meets Sundays from 4 - 5:15 PM in the Library. Centering Prayer is a popular method of contemplative prayer placing emphasis on interior silence and cultivating an awareness of geing in God's presence. Each session begins with a period of Center Prayer followed by a time of discussion and reflection on Thomas Keating's book Open Mind, Open Heart.

Wednesday Evenings in Lent:  Wednesday evenings in Lent will provide a time for prayer and study. Evening Prayer will be said at 5:30 PM.  The Lenten Supper meal and conversation, The Voices in Dale's Head: An Exploration of Authors and Ideas, will start at 6 PM and the evening will conclude with the praying of Compline, ending at 7:30 PM. The series begins on February 17, and the topic will be Aidan, Cuthbert, Francis and Hildegard - Observers of the 5th Gospel. The program continues every Wednesday for 5 weeks. If you'd like to bring a soup or stew, please sign up on the sheet provided inthe parish hall.

The Gathering Place/Winter Coats and Jackets Collection:  join middle and high school youth at 1:45 PM in the church parking lot the 4th Sunday of each month on to travel to the Gathering Place for worship and fellowship.  We will return by 4 PM. For the winter months, we will be collecting winter coats and jackets for distribution to those in need. Donations may be sent to the Parish Office.

Used Book Sale:  Gently-used books are in need of a home in the parish hall. 

Men's Bible Study:  Group meets the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month at 8 AM in the parish hall for breakfast and lively discussion.  All men of the church are invited to attend.  If you would like to be on the email list or wish to have more information, contact Guy Smith at 748-6216 or cguygo@verizon.net.

Bingo Prizes Needed :  We are in need of prizes to give out to our friends at Lucy Corr during games of Bingo. Appropriate prizes include sugar-free cookies (no hard candy), socks, lap blankets, large print books, puzzles, or word-search books, boxes of tissues, hand sanitizer, hand lotion, small stuffed animals.If you can provide any of these prizes, please bring them to the church office. 

Birthday Box:   The Birthday Box is probably Outreach’s oldest project first started over 20 years ago. It is in the back of the nave waiting for kind people to feed it in celebration of a birthday or other special occasion.  Each quarter, Outreach selects an animal gift from Heifer International to purchase with the money people have given.  

Food Pantry:  Donation boxes are located in the narthex and outside the church office.
